    Sometimes – not all the time – my two right columns go all the way down out of the screen – like they aren’t top justified. Anyone know why this is happening. Here is a screenshot… .

    Yes – it happens mostly in the community builder > view profile but sometimes it happens other times.

    Thanks !

    why do my post go totally unanswered? Isn’t there any staff that can give support for these templates?

    Hi Sidewalk,

    I cannot reproduce your problem (see picture). Do you have 3d party modules installed in left-column or right-column?

    Kind Regards,
    Peter.

    Hi sidewalk,

    We were on our national holidays (there’s an announcement about that). Please provide your live site URL so we can examine the problems.

    Regards,
    Ha Le-Viet.

    It’s possible that you have a smaller screen resolution but as Ha Le-Viet said, we need your LIVE URL to check.

    Thank you for replying – funny thing is I have subscribed to this thread with email notification but I didn’t get any notification that you guys replied.

    The live url is: http://www.longislandbiz2biz.com/beta

    you can use swmedia pass swmedia to log in to see whats going on. This is happening in IE6.

    MY screen resolution is set to 1280 x 800 I dont see how that could be the issue.

    Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks!

    Hi Sidewalk,

    I think it is a CSS-issue. It is caused by the banner “Long Island [biz2biz] Make contacts” . The right column drops under this banner somehow. It only shows up when the tabs of Community Builder are visible. I think you should look there.

    Maybe try to choose another style of tabs in Community Builder??

    Hope this helps a bit.

    Kind Regards,
    Peter.

    Thanks Peter –

    I think it’s a CSS issue too – but I have fiddled with everything in the CSS file and nothing helps.

    It’s not the banner because I just added that and it was doing this before the banner – I tried also disabling the banners and it’s still happening.

    And I tried all the tabs in CB – same same same

    It’s also not just CB – its happening is SOGI as well.

    Any idea how to reduce the width of the two right columns and make the main one bigger? I’d love to launch this this week – but I don’t see how with this happening…. Tearing my hair out here – I may have to dump this template.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Solved!!!

    I was thinking maybe I didn’t make a good enuf attempt at the CSS – so I went back in and woo hoo – found it!
    changed:

    #ja-content {
    float: left;
    width: 60%;
    }

    to

    #ja-content {
    float: left;
    width: 50%;
    }

    Now I hope that they change the download – so others dont have this kind of problem…

    Hope this helps someone else!!!

    Many thanks Peter!
