How do I adjust the right module positions so that they are always expanded and not collapsed?

Please remove this code:

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="<?php echo $tmpTools->templateurl(); ?>/js/ja.rightcol.js"></script>

in templatesja_purityindex.php.
