I like to use the Cyan, Brick and Green modules but only at the frontpage and not for instance on a VirtueMart page. How can force Joomla to show them only on the frontpage?

You need to set them up to show only at frontpage, go in to joomla adminpanel, modules>site modules and press the module you want to change, there you see on right side it says Pages / Items, there you can pick the places you want the module to show up, when installed all modules is set to show on all pages.So you need to change that on all modules you want to change on.

Please can you tell me how did you set up in the right modules the brick options? I have mine instaled in http://www.caracas.tv/index.php but they dont show up, and i dont find them to instale in the module site admin.

First you choose what module you want to see on the right, for instance Most Popular.
And then you put in the field Module Class Suffix: -cyan or -brick. Then it shows up in the color that you want. Hope this helps.
