I tried some of the pages on your site that has the sidebar-2 module position and its working fine.
can you share the page URL on which its not showing for you?

Hi
The sidebar-2 module position loads with ACM module, where the acm module is published.
it is part of ACM module not in the layout.
For example, that selection menu is the special page blank content type menu that does not use component section it only used to display modules.
And you do not have the ACM module that loads sidebar-2 position.

You can check the library template style layout to publish module on available position if you are not using ACM that loads sidebar-2 or, same case for others pages.
