First of all, thank you for your support.
I understand that this might be issue with Joomlas functionality, but since I’m not sure, I would like you to check following bug.
1) While uploading images in admin>articles>images and links (see screenshot), images are being uploaded to wrong directories. For example, you upload to "World" folder (Images>stories>world), but in fact its uploaded to Images. Sometime to upper folder. This happens in 5 cases of 10.
2) another problem is that there is no chance to search/find images.

Can you please suggest fix to this issue and also advise any simple image upload manager.

Hi the Media Upload is handled by Joomla.
You can go to Content > Media > Options > SET the image folder path . If this does not help i suggest you to post this issue on Joomla forum .
You can try JCE editor that have several options in its Editor panel .

images folder path is set correctly. Its Images. But as I said, problem appears when you upload file in inner folders, like IMAGES>World. I have raised issue in joomla forum.
