JA News headline rollover does not work, it stays in the “uploading” state and never refreshes. The same item remains on display. There are 3 items available and the conter does show 1/3.
I checked all parameters but cannot find the pb. It does not seem to be a browser issue as the module in your demo works fine.I am using using Xenia II Shopping on Joomla 1.012 and VM 1.0.9.
Thank you for your help.

February 22, 2007 at 11:38 am #214846Hi gmontagner,
It seems a domain permission problem. Check your livesite in your configuration file and the URL that you actually visited.
And it’s better if you provide your URL here. It’ll be a lot easier.

Ha Le-Viet.February 22, 2007 at 3:42 pm #214854Hi, thank you for the quick response.
LiveSite in the config file is http://www.artikopro.com, which is also the url I visited.Regards,
GMFebruary 23, 2007 at 2:06 am #214886Hi gmontagner, your site looks great, One of my hobbies is cooking and this site looks really apealling But can you turn down the speed of your JA Header, it slides a bit fast from one image to the other. Id like to see what the text reads. 🙂

February 23, 2007 at 2:25 am #214889Hi GM,
Please recheck your headlineloader.php file in modules/ja_news folder. It seems the file is corrupted. Try uploading this file again and check its permission.

Ha Le-Viet.February 23, 2007 at 9:14 pm #214920Hi WooDe,
Thank you for your compliment, glad you like the site.
I wholeheartedly agree that the rotation is too fast, one barely has the time to read a sentence… Unfortunately it appears to be an issue with the module, there is actually a thread on this in the forum.
I think i’ll remove all but one picture to stop the rotation untill it is fixed.Best,
GMFebruary 24, 2007 at 3:02 pm #214951Hi Ha Le-Viet,
I uploaded the file again but still not working (to be sure I downloaded the module again from your site and uploaded all the files in theiir respective folders). All files permission is 755.For good measure I also installed it on a test site at a different host but still no luck. You can see that at http://www.artiko.net/joomla
Could it be a SEF issue ? I use Joomla’s core SEF, no third party.

February 26, 2007 at 2:26 am #214989Hi gmontagner,
The site is running well at http://artiko.net/joomla/ and not run with the www because you had set your live site URL to artiko.net/joomla/
For your main site, the error might caused by some SEF component. Could you give me some administrative account so I can figure out what is it?
Regards,
Ha Le-Viet. -
