I have installed the Teline III v2 template and latest virtuemart 2.0 version. It all worked fine until pressing the add to cart button in virtuemart. To check out if problem was not in virtuemart I installed a fresh joomla 1.7 version with virtuemart 2.0 and everything wokred fine. So the only logical conclusion will be the conflict is withing the router.php from the Teline III v2 version.
