February 26, 2008 at 5:15 am #240172It can be
(eg. /home/yoursite/public_html/gallery/galleryimage.zip)The better way is upload the galleryimage.zip to your galleryfolder and enter http://www.yoursite.com/gallery/galleryimage.zip and enter the full path in the ZIP-file option

If I write my FTP path:”/home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/images/rsgallery/2.zip”, than it will show me
But I’m sure, that the 2.zip is in this folder.I use the Avian Quickstart. and the adresse is: http://pic.phoenix-eyes.com

February 26, 2008 at 3:48 pm #240247Check your spelling:
If I write my FTP path:”/home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/images/rsgallery/2.zip”, than it will show me
phoenixe should be phoenix
Did you try Hung’s suggestion and create absolutepath.php? I went to see if you had and it appears that you didn’t. You really should give that a try.

Hi, bigrk,
Thank you very much. But I’m sure, it is “phoenixe” and not “phoenix”. I have tried it all the night. Can I PM you?

Hi, Khanh Le, I have also tried no zip file. I give the FTP-path:
/home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/small
But it show me the Error:

February 27, 2008 at 6:34 pm #240449Thank you all!!!
I have got it!!!
The right FTP path is: “/home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/small/”
and not “/home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/small”
the “/” is so important!!! -
