    Hello,

I have a problem, I want to upload my pictures with RS Gallery, but I can’t use the Batch->Uploadmethod->FTP path

    Look hier:

What shall I write the right FTP adress, so that i can upload many pictures in one time?

Thank you very much to answer me.

    Best Reguard

    It can be
    (eg. /home/yoursite/public_html/gallery/galleryimage.zip)

The better way is upload the galleryimage.zip to your galleryfolder and enter http://www.yoursite.com/gallery/galleryimage.zip and enter the full path in the ZIP-file option

    Hi, Hung Dinh
Thank you very much for your anser. but it still wrong.
My webspace host in “Hostmonster”,I think, the folder”images/rsgallery” is my Gallery folder.
If I write my FTP path:”/home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/images/rsgallery/2.zip”, than it will show me

But I’m sure, that the 2.zip is in this folder.

I use the Avian Quickstart. and the adresse is: http://pic.phoenix-eyes.com
Can you help me further?

    Check your spelling:

If I write my FTP path:”/home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/images/rsgallery/2.zip”, than it will show me

    phoenixe should be phoenix

Did you try Hung’s suggestion and create absolutepath.php? I went to see if you had and it appears that you didn’t. You really should give that a try.

    Hi, bigrk,

Thank you very much. But I’m sure, it is “phoenixe” and not “phoenix”. I have tried it all the night. Can I PM you?

    Did you create an absolutepath.php?

Hi, bigrk, In which folder should I create the absolutepath.php?
I can use FTP direct launch the Folder “phoenixe”. I must put all my things in folder “public_html”(/public_html), and this avian website in folder “pic”(/public_html/pic).

and what should I write in the absolutepath.php ?

The way to upload by ftp, the ftp-path is just the path to folder with ending slash. Images are stored in the folder without zipping. Eg: /home/youraccount/public_html/yourphotos/

Hi, Khanh Le, I have also tried no zip file. I give the FTP-path:
    /home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/small
But it show me the Error:

    Thank you all!!!
    I have got it!!!
The right FTP path is: “/home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/small/”
    and not “/home/phoenixe/public_html/pic/small”
    the “/” is so important!!!
