Hello guys,

I am using Purity 3 with joomla 3.3.3 version and I am having a problem with RsForms. I have installed rsform as Component on my Joomla and I want to bind it from my menu with a Form. First of all I have to wait more than 15 seconds to load the page and second it does not simple show me anything it is only an empty page. Why is that brothers is there any problem with the template? Have anybody already used Rsforms with Purity 3?

Hi serjio,

Please make sure that if RsForms use jQuery code, you have to disable it since by default, Bootstrap already call for jQuery lib.

What do you mean by disabling the JQuery how I am going to do that? the same is happening with ALSoftform and B2J Form, i cannot use neither of them… What I must do?

You need to find the call to the JQuery on any of those 3rd party components you use and remove the line from the code, or you can ask support by their creators for doing so.
You also might check first that there might be a setting on any of those to disable load JQuery
