I’ve created a few RSS Feeds but none of them are grabbing information at all… I don’t know what the issue is at this point.

Here is a great Joomla doc on RSS. make sure to read it and although short, maybe it will shed some light on something missed!

I have the same problem!

The JA demo site returns error 500 too.
