Hi Guys!
I am having trouble generating RSS feeds from my website, http://www.cebudiver.com.
Initially, only items posted as Headlines (JA News) were showing up in feeds.
Although I set the number of feeds to 20 (using the Syndicate component), I am only getting the 5 most recently updated items in JA News.
I want to create feeds of all the items in all categories and sections in my website.
Any thoughts about this? Can someone please help me troubleshoot the problem?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

July 11, 2007 at 3:19 am #223962I see your site and there is no problem with JA News. Can you try re-config your RSS component to make something change?

July 14, 2007 at 10:26 pm #224213got it
get RD RSS component.
get lieke_rss moduleinstall them
unpubish the joomla syndicate module
publish lieke_rss
i needed feeds for
world
national
localso make copies of lieke_rss and name each accordingly
go into component RD RSS and make a separate feed for each category or section, it works like everything else joomla
copy the feed url it generated and paste it into the corresponding lieke_rss module that you named for each feed your wanted
publish each module to the corresponding category or section page
you may have to play with it a bit to get it, but its the only way i’ve found to do it.
done 😀

Did you ever get this to work? I noticed that you have the syndication turned off on your site. I am interested in using my blog page for syndicating my content.

Are you using the Teline template on your clients site?
