Hi, I am trying to syndicate my JA Wall content to my facebook page using IFTTT, all works fine with the RSS feed from Joomla but it does not render the images (thumbnails) of videos in the feed so when it posts to facebook it says image cannot be found. You can get an idea of what I mean by looking at my site, and then the facebook page.

Is there any way to make the rss feed contain these images? I notice that when you open the thumbnail in a new tab it is a vimeo or youtube URL… is this where the problem lies?

Any advise would be appreciate.

Hi xumbrella,

Please try to update JA Lazyload plugin and try again.

As I can see your active club membership in your profile has been expired, you can disabled the plugin and then import RSS to facebook page.

Or renew your membership and update the plugin.

Hi I do not have a subscription as I purchased JA Wall and it was a one time purchase option. how does this affect my ability to update the plugin / solve the above issue?

I have asked Wall Crasher to send you the latest version of lazyload plugin via PM. Hope that solves the problem of yours. Since, we can not provide support for expired users you should consider renewing your membership for continued access to downloads / updates and support.
