    Hi

You need to activate the RTL from backend

Its a simple 4 steps process:

    1) install your RTL language.

    2) switch on “Build RTL CSS” option.

    3) compile LESS to CSS to generate your RTL files.

    4) Clean your browser cache

You should install your rtl language first from language manager , then enable the Built RTL css from template manager general tab, Compile Less to Css , create a new template and make it default template for the RTL language create a new menu for your rtl language and assign to this menu items the RTL template you just created

    P.S.

I cannot access your backend site if you need more help you can send me via Private Message a correct url and account for it
