It is true, the JA Developers have not included the same RTL “support” – i.e. option field – within the more recent JATC Templates (the reasons for which are still confusing to even some of us Support Team Members).

However, you CAN still configure your site for RTL languages – though it will involve some css override elements.

Perhaps this article might assist you further –> http://www.joomlart.com/blog/jat3-framework/right-to-left-joomla-templates-rtlize-your-layout-with-t3-framework

what about the ones who subscribed to your site for the RTL only option? it’s like i paid for nothing and your answer here do not help it’s just makes Joomlart amateurs. i do not know how to handle CSS as a pro what should i do? i sent you a ticket 2 days ago and still without reply.

With all due respect . . . your assertion of “it just makes JoomlArt amateurs” is both unfounded and lacking merit. I highly doubt that “amateurs” could create and develop the kind of dynamic templates, themes and extensions that our JoomlArt Development Team does – and the fact that there may not be a “one click solution” for configuring your site for RTL language, despite the fact that there are multiple solutions for doing so manually, neither diminishes nor negates the high level of knowledge and skill that goes into each and every one of our templates and themes.

Here are some additional resources for you to research, read and utilize toward configuring your site for RTL languages . . .

To which Support Ticket are you referring?

when i wrote amateurs i referred it to “(the reasons for which are still confusing to even some of us Support Team Members)”
i will say again that i’m not a CSS Pro and there are a lots of other template companies in the market. i chose Joomlart only because of the build in RTL option. more then that, you had 1.7 template versions including the kranos which is now not supported at 1.7 version and i can find him eligible for 1.5&2.5 ver only.

the ticket i’m referring to is CYZ-843-95607

For the record, you received a response from our Support Team Member, Troy, within 9 Hrs of your Support Ticket submission. Have you reviewed and/or responded to Troy’s recommendations?
