When i Install any of the templates with with a quickstart package and then install Hebrew language package I don’t get Hebrew letters but only question marks, though in RTL direction.
However when install it from scratch (i.e joomla, language, template, modules, plugins etc.) then I get the letters right.
What and where do I need to change in order that after installing with quickstart I’ll be able to see Hebrew letters?
(in the 2.5 version it functioned OK)
