This is my first website in RTL language precisely in Arabic, the website will be mainly in arabic + some English/french articles.

My question is: how to activate the RTL template in Joomlart templates precisely in telline IV?
is the template able to work with joomfish if it is in 2 languages?

Add Arabic to languges and choose it as default language… In the Template profile choose RTL….

Anyway, this is not a real RTL template, it is a twisted LTR template….

The search Module doesnt work when it is in RTL mode, i had to disable it

There are some minor problems with RTL in Teline IV which are being looked into by the Developers. RTL may sound simple but there is a lot more to it than a few simple changes so I think we can forgive them it problems doo creep in.

I think that the methodology of twisting LTR template has its limits, and it is time consuming… Personally, I decided to redesign an LTR template in order to work in it for RTL, it has fewer problems and can be discussed in the same framework… I would like to have some time in order to discuss that with Hung & Le Huy… I am waiting the publishing of 1.6 templates in order to start…
