Does Teline V support RTL languages?

I have an arabic blog running on an other template that I would like to migrate on Teline V.
What should I do. I read on different forums that the Template does not support RTL languages.

Go to template manager an open ja tline-v for edite.
in general tab trun on build RTL css and save.then clean joomla cashe.
that is better trun off css and java optimize

@migreat: You need to set Build RTL CSS option: Yes
