find the solution:
revise /plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/css/template.css
#ja-topsl li, #ja-botsl li { background-position: 1px 6px; padding-left: 0px; }

to

#ja-topsl li, #ja-botsl li { background-position: 1px 6px; padding-left: 20px; }
