Hi, I am new to Joomla and Joomlart,

Is there a sample database for TeralineIII ? I really like the way the demo is designed and I want to build my website from the same database.

Please inform me or refer me any existing link

Once the final edition of the template is ready for downoad, also a quick install will be available, that way your site will look the same as the demo of Joomlart.

Yes, there is a sample database. You have at least 2 options:
1. unpack and install template from quickstart archive. Durint installation you’ll be able to install sample data (at the stage where site name, admin pass etc. are promted)
2. in the same quickstart folder you can find file “installation/sql/mysql/sample_data.sql”, you can use it to restore Teline III database with the help of hphMyAdmin
