July 2, 2012 at 12:34 pm #178721I am working in Joomla 2.5.6 Using Teline IV. This site has been working fine for a year and now suddenly I am not able to save and close article. When I try to save or save and close it takes me to a blank screen. I then have to go back to the article and cancel to get out of it. Funny enough, the save does work so the update is retained with this method.
It is just not ideal for me to operate this way as I work with articles on a regular basis on this site.
Please assist me urgently.

July 4, 2012 at 3:35 pm #459887I have reinstalled the JA T3 Plugin version 2.5.2 which is part of the TelinIV pack. But there is no change when I try to Save and Close an article or even if I just Save it.
Please advise.

July 5, 2012 at 5:48 pm #460026Hi Hero
Please confirm if you have received the PM that I sent through. There definitely seems to be something wrong with my site. Today I really struggled to attach a link to an image in a Custom Module. The image kept on disappearing on the frontend when I attached a link to it. This situation seems to improve when I clear the cashe. I also deleted the JA T3 cache file which had nothing in it (maybe not a good idea – not sure!)
I will really appreciate your assistance.
thanks

July 8, 2012 at 8:50 am #460230Hi Helenschormann,
Your site has bug in Phoca Gallery plugin:
Fatal error: Class 'JSite' not found in plugins/content/phocagallery/phocagallery.php on line 55
So I disabled it, and it seems to work well afterward.Regards,

July 11, 2012 at 9:09 am #460586Thanks for your assistance. The site remains a bit fragile at the moment and it seems to be related to caching. I does not always seem to refresh with new changes that have been made – it takes quite a while for changes to filter through.
I might be the source of my own problems because I have taken to deleting all files that have cached in Maintenance – I do not know if this is the right thing to do but sometimes it seems to help.
Do you think I could re-install the Phoca Gallery Plugin as it is quite useful?Helen

July 11, 2012 at 9:31 am #460587I may have resolved the refresh problem that had suddenly appeared by setting Optimize CSS and Optimise JS back to Join Minify and Compress as I had it set to only Join and Minify previously. I was also getting the message shown below. The forum indicated that I may have had the wrong setting. I will test it now for a while and see if it make a difference.
I would appreciate your feedback on any of the above.
Shame on you! No Joomla fan uses IE6 in 2010:)

It is error, so you need update the plugin to latest version and make sure Phoca team had fixed this error.
