    @bertha: I couldn’t access with FTP account you sent me. Please also try to update JA Slideshow module to the latest version.
    @richreesau: I fixed the issue for you. I changed in file: /modules/mod_jaslideshow/admin/japrofile/helper.php

    Replace this line of code:
    [PHP]
    $japp->initialise(array(‘language’ => $japp->getUserState(‘application.lang’, ‘lang’)));
    [/PHP]

    with:
    [PHP]
    $japp->initialise();
    [/PHP]

    It’s recommended to use our JA Extension Manager component (free component) to update JA product, please try to download latest version of JA EM and update module again: http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/wiki-ja-extension-manager/admin-panel

    This is an old issue, as the new version help.php is already have fixed only with this code:
    $japp->initialise();

    BUT it seems there is another bug that causing the same issue again, NOW I still can not save, Save and Close or Save and New.
    I have only Cancel button is working. So I think there is a new issue happening again to this JA Slidshow that prevent us to save the changes.

    Please help.

    Tell me more details about the issue: Joomla version, which template? and slideshow version you’re using.

    Also make sure that you set the right permission for all files/folders on your site, the recommended permission should be: file-644 and folder-755.
