July 31, 2013 at 12:12 am #189361There is an issue even with demo template which is confusing. When you click on an article, there is scroll on the right hand side which does not work! I tried this in different browsers with no success. It seems that it has been locked. Would be good someone could clarify the problem and possible solution.

The scroll bar on popup view articles worked fine on both our demo and my localhost website. Can you check it again ?

July 31, 2013 at 9:51 pm #500796Okay, I can now update more on the issue.
In my home PC (wireless mouse), the scroll bar on the same website does not work in any browser, I really do not know what can be the reason, it maybe because the mouse is wireless or mouse driver issue or windows related issue or screen settings, etc, just can’t guess…
I have checked the same website on my home laptop and another computer and the scroll works fine. Could you please clarify what can be the reason?
I have never had any other issue with the mouse on the home desktop and it works perfect on everything else.
Thank you.

July 31, 2013 at 11:22 pm #500797Hi amir00251,
In my opinion, the wireless mouse uses the potable battery which doesn’t have the stable electronic source as normal (wheel, lazer) mouses runs with electrics directly from a computer. In addition, this mouse type comsumes much energy to maintain its sensor, shortly to ran out of. That is why I came back with my Logitech optical mouse after two-days journey with a Zapos wirless one.
