Hi everyone,

We have a problem with our new Fixel website. As soon as we open a lightbox that is long enough to scroll, firefox only scrolls the backgound and not the lightbox itself. This is tested from 2 Mac PC’s and 1 Windows PC.

Is this a Firefox issue or can we change something in our site?

Hi Derk,

This seems to be a bug of this template in Firefox browser, I’ve reported this bug to the development team, they will check and fix it. At this moment, you can check its status here: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCFIXEL-250

Hi Derk Weijers,

You can try with this solution for above issue:
– Download the attached file
– Extract and copy file ‘jquery.article.js’ into this directory: /templates/ja_fixel/js

Remember to backup the old file first.

Hi Saguaros,

The fix worked. But it scrolls much faster than the browser normally would. Is there a way to adjust the scrolling speed in this js?
