As i can see in your home page the scroll to top button is working fine – or maybe i misunderstood your question ?
You can write in Italian language too so i can understand better your question.

Ciao Pavit,
il menu link home che fa lo scroll al top non mi funziona
come nella demo joomlart
Ho anche fatto un’istallazione locale con quickstart ma ho lo stesso problema
Non capisco se devo creare un external url con index.php?Itemid=101#onepage-home
o cos’altro. Ho provato in mille modi diversi ma niente.
