hi, i have installed the quickstart and updated it to j3.6.4 also the other modules plugins
but the searchbox does not appear

Hi there

To have search box showed as it is in our demo site you will need to install separately the JA_K2 Filter and Search component , you can download and install it then configure module as described into documentation page HERE
