    I already stated this problem in ticket# HHJ-899-41214 but no one answer. Could anybody help?

    It’s been more then 1 week and still no resolution for my problem??
    I really want my money back but it’s already exceed 7 day trail.

    I saw you created an issue using project management system but there is no solution or even any progress on the issue.

    I just want to know if this can be resolved or if I can reinstall K2 to make it work. It’s really upset buying a plugin for $50 and not able to use it. And this is really very urgent issue for me.

    Please check this issue asap.

    Sorry for replying you late. I have checked you site by putting: “Panel, Male, Solder Type” to the search box in the top right and the result still includes “2CN3002-W06200”. Could you check again and give us more clear direction to locate your bug?
