Hi angie00 could u give me info after which update you are getting this problem ? So i can replicate this problem at my end and help you to solve this problem .
I am also testing it at my end , I will back to you after testing results .

This is a bug in the template that will be fixed in the next version of the template .

Apply this solution to fix this issue :
Open tpls/blocks/header.php file
Find and remove `
sr-only
