Hi everybody,
i have a question: do you have any suggestion, how i can change the meta-tag >description< of each category in the template teline iii? Do i have to use a special plugin? Can you recommend a plugin that works in perfect harmony with the template? or is there another chance i did not find up to now?

Try Tag Meta plugin, or maybe you’ll find another in the JED – SEO & Metadata.

If you want a sturdy functionality go to http://www.joomlatwork.com and download their SEF patch. They have free and paid.
