If I turn on “Search Engine Friendly URLs” in “Global Configuration”, only “Home” shows up, but all links are broken. I get “404 Not Found” errors if I click on any of the links from “Home”. I have selected “Yes” for “Use Apache mod_rewrite” and “No” for “Add suffix to URLs”. If I turn off “Search Engine Friendly URLs”, then everything works without problems. Also, I have renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess, so that should not be the problem.

These is the info about the server/DB I use:
Database Version: 5.0.77
Database Collation: utf8_general_ci
PHP Version: 5.1.6
Web Server: Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS)
Web Server to PHP interface: apache2handler
Joomla! Version: Joomla! 1.5.15 Stable [ Wojmamni Ama Mamni ] 05-November-2009 04:00 GMT

How can I fix this problem? Thanks!

Thank you for your reply: I checked and mod_rewrite is an installed module on the server. What can be the problem?
