When I search any word in the search field at the header of the page, it redirects to the homepage all the times. How can I fix this?

The problem only occur in the homepage. In the pages of inside, the search field works good.

Hi
The hompage of the template does not contains the mainbody (content block )
So whenever you search something its working , but because there is no block for the search on homeage its not showing anything to you .
and on other pages its working because they have main body in their template .
Solution is that you can set a menu for the search module .
everytime when a user search something the result will be displayed on the menu page that you selected in the search module .
Go to module manager >>search >>options>>set item id >>>>>http://prntscr.com/4felv2

add a menu there
save and check the search for homepage .
