hi i have installed the quickstart JA directory znd the template is not the same as on this website, why ? no search bar under the great photo and not the same photo too (that where there is a cup, not with yhe map)

what can i do to have the exactly frontpage like the demo ?

Hi

I suppose you are referring to the JA K2 filter and search component, it need to be installed separately and it is a paid extension or free if you have a developer membership as you can see on THIS PAGE it is not included into complimentary extensions so it is not installed with the quickstart

This version of JA K2 Filter is for K2 v3 only. Please update first your current K2 installation to the new K2 Version 3 and try again.

why ? i have k2 component v2.6.9 it’s the last one
i have dowload the component/module/plug _jak2filter.v1.2.2 it was ok but not with the k2 filter…

Hi

I cannot replicate your issue with my quickstart installation , would be helpful to have a temp super user account to your backend so i can verify all extensions versions and answer to you.

There are no errors on your website , you only need to configure correctly the ja K2 filter module

Please i recommend to read carefully the whole template documentation HERE

For now i fixed your component in your home

i have a second problem with the configuration of the component k2 filter here

Website is off-line, move it online and describe with more details which problems you have there

Because you need to install same modules in same positions , look at the slideshow in section-1 position for example , again you need to follow documentation to set all modules correctly

ok… i know but english is not my native language and i take a long time to do the things often easy…
if i pay, it’s possible for you to do certain things like " multilangual" and set the necessary modules…
