October 25, 2013 at 7:43 pm #191711Hi,
When I do a search for a job on the front end and the results are more than 20, if I want to see the next results by clicking the numbers or the next at the bottom of the list the results of the search are changed to all posted jobs.
Here is a search I did so you can see for yourself :
Thanks in advance
JP

October 29, 2013 at 4:20 am #510467Hello JP,
This issue can be fixed by overriding 2 files jalist.php and jasearchform.php in
components/com_jajobboard/views/jajobs/tmpl
with my attached files.
You dont need to do anything now, we have fixed the problem on your site. Please check it.

October 29, 2013 at 5:19 pm #510570Hello Luna Garden,
Thanks for the fix, it works really well.
We noticed that since the fix was made, we had several warning messages …
Could you please check ?
Thanks

October 30, 2013 at 2:06 pm #510676Hello Luna Garden,
Thanks for the quick reply.
We realized that also yesterday, so we asked our hosting provider if he could switch us back on php 5.3. He said that he is upgrading to php 5.4 for security reasons but he could give us a week to arrange our sites.
So we would like to know if you could be compatible with php 5.4 ?
And we would like to know what is the impact of running our version of job board on php 5.4 ?
Thanks

Hello,
I have discussed this issue to the developers, and he said PHP version 5.4 is not a stable version, and had some bugs in it, so we’re not sure about make JA JobBoard compatible with PHP version 5.4
On PHP 5.4, the basic fuctions of JA JobBoard still works well, but not for all, maybe there’s some errors. If you want to remove the warning message as in your above attachments, ask your host provider to turn off the error report.

Do you know which functions may not work or, if you don’t already know, could you figure out which functions won’t work.
Thanks

November 1, 2013 at 5:02 am #510847Hi again,
We don’t guarantee the component can work properly with PHP version 5.4 or higher versions as it hasn’t been tested with those versions. The recommended PHP version is 5.3.
It would be difficult for us to list out the non-working features for PHP 5.4 as we have not tested it fully.
