– When I search something in the search bar and press enter, the template color changes to GREEN even though the site default is violet.

– The site name that appears on the browser Tab. Where do I change that?

Edit your home menu item > change the browser page title into Page display Tab

Edit your templates for each template assign the Violet theme to all into Theme settings

I was able to fix the issue with the site name, but for the search I checked the Template Manager and my default is set to “violet” color already.

Please check your search page now , i assigned to your Ja_Bookshop template – Default the Violet theme instead of the Green theme

Nothing wrong , the search menu item should have assigned the Violet theme and not default theme , i overrided behaviour for default theme to have assigned the Violet Theme.
