Hi Brokie, when you moved your search box down you placed it behind the mainnav div. To place it in front go to template.css line 1111 and find….

#ja-search {
width: 157px;
background: url(../images/search-bg.png) no-repeat;
line-height: 28px;
position: absolute;
top: 40px;
right: 30px;
height: 28px;
z-index: 1;
}
…and add the bit in red above.
