Try to go to JA K2 Filter Option >> Open & Save to see if it works. If it doesn’t, pls share with us your admin account with full permission & also FTP account so we could check your problem further.

Hi,

When I turn on error reporting I get: Fatal error: Cannot declare class K2ModelItemlist, because the name is already in use in /home/

This problem means another extension on your site already declared class name K2ModelItemlist, try to disable other K2 filter extension on your site to see if the error disappears.

Thank you so much! That was the problem. For anyone else having the problem, I went ot manage extensions, searched for ´filter´ and there were several things I had tried before still active and conflicting with JAK2 filter.

Working great now.
