    Do you have any cache in server side?

    I tried to make some changes, clean all caches in Joomla but have to wait some time to see the change. Could you try to temporarily disable the cache?

    I’ve disabled the main caching for 12hrs from NOW 10:30pm GMT

    Could you temporarily disable it now? Once the issue is solved, you can enable it again.

    Okay, I’ve fixed this by making changes to sh404sef, whether this is the correct way of doing it or its an sh404sef/ja k2 filter issue I don’t know but it now works as expected.

    How did you change to sh404sef? pls share your findings so it would be helpful if others face the same issue.
