I changed the site template to JA tellin IV and the problem returned.

You can try download and install the latest JAFilter Jobs module via: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=1759.

If the latest version doesn’t work on your site, please submit a ticket with Site, Accont info for closer check.

I have the same problem. Installed JA Job Board 1.5 Stable from quickstart. Using JA_community_plus latest version.
Since it’s a localhost installation, I would like to know what te fix is.

div.moduletable, #ja-col2 { overflow: visible !important; position: none !important; z-index: 0; }

May be helpfull for others. The fix for Ja_community_plus:

Don’t use “Module Class Suffix” =_tabswrap
Just leave blank.
