In search result page,
1) under "search only " .how to change the wording "k2 items " to "products"?

2 how to make the search to search the whole site ( including article, k2 item She,contact…) without user to make selection? Hide the whole section of "search only"?????

The search component is core Joomla component, to edit the parts of adding new feature like search the whole site you have to do custom work in the search component.
you can change the language values from root/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_search.ini
And the plugins are in the /plugin/search folder.
I suggest you write the issue on Joomla forum to edit the core Joomla components Here
So you will also get a better reply on this topic.

Sorry, we do not have search component for the Joomla article search, You can find extension on Joomla extension directory.
