If you want them to show on a different page create a menu item with search results, and then it will show there.

Hi, I have the same problem. I have the Advanced search module and in the homepage module the results shows below the modules, in main content, where the users not realize. The solution for some articles is to link in some menu button but i did the same with the search module and there are no results. I created a menu link with advanced search (I dont have the posibility for advaced search results) but the results still appear in frontpage, below modules.

    Hi usmancim,

There are two simple steps you need to take to get your search result display is a page without modules

    1) You can create a new menu item (or select an one from your existence menu items) and do not assign any modules for showing with this menu item.
    2) You go to the search module back-end, there you would see the field of Set ItemID just enter into this field the menu item ID that mentioned in the step 1.

I hope you got it and it work !

    Hello
Sorry to reply so late. The first time I read this post and when it did not work, I forgot to answer. The problem was in two parts, first had to create a menu item, I did the search module that had the ID 653. Then in the advanced search module could not see anywhere to insert the ID ItemID 653.
In the module configuration has not space to insert an ID. I send two images.
