I have put the search module on our jobs page but whenever I try to use it, it just brings up a blank page – not sure why this is.

Appreciate your help!

I’m not quite sure what modifications you have done upon your installation, would need to take a closer look at your site, I need to get code on your site to my intranet check on this. You can help me zip data on your site(include code and database on this site) i will help you out of.

Hi outfitrec,

The team is finding difficultly in debugging the issue on your site, as the response is slow. So if you are comfortable in sharing the site zip.. it would be great.. do not worry we would delete the same from our systems once its sorted out. One of the rare cases where we have to go out of way to sort out issues.

Hi Sarah,

I have login info of your site. I will use akeebabackup component to backup and download to our intranet for checking. I will get back to you soon.

But on Akeeba Backup i face this error :

<blockquote>Akeeba Backup may not work as expected
Akeeba Backup detected the following potential problems:

PHP memory_limit too low</blockquote>
Please contact with your system administrator and expand memory_limit from 16M to 64M.

Can you ask your server admin to increase the memory limit on your server please?

Hi Ninja Lead,

Unfortunately we are having some issues with our current service provider so we are not able to increase the memory limit at the moment…

Is there another way we could do this? I can create .zip files and get them across to you if you can let me know the best method to do so.

Kind Regards,

Sarah

Hi Sarah,

You can export database name: “outfitcomau” to sql file and zip code on “httpdocs” folder and send pm with link to download. I will help you check the problem on your site.

Hi Sarah,

The error comes from k2 component: /components/com_k2/templates/generic.php
<?php endif; ?>
<?php endforeach; ?>
</ul>
at approx line 108 – 110.

When i remove it, this component runs as normal. Please check again.
