I just installed the search module on https://ulrika.us and the only problem is that the results page shows the HTML tags (see attached screeendump). Any suggestions how to fix this?

Please check you are using the latest version of template and All JA Extensions that comes with template.

I have very few customizations and nothing in the search module.

This looks issue after the Joomla3.7.3 update.
Kindly open template folder /html/com_search and rename this folder.
It will fix the issue for a time as the site is live.
I will update you on this after checking it with dev team on this.
