1)How can I chang the page titles like"media" "event" showing at the top of the pages. (Please see attached image)

2)how to show the Vedio title?
And how can I customize the layout?

Edit your ja masshead module and in Configuration Conditions block change name of page as you prefer

2)how to show the Vedio title And how can I customize the layout?

Could you explain in details what you want to achieve exactly .

Unfortunately what you are asking is not possible to obtain using template configuration , it will require an heavy customization for video page php and css files managing that specific video section of website.

You can hire a developer to have it done or ask for customization support directly on THIS PAGE URL
