We suspect there is a problem with using SEF and blog layouts in Teline.
We are almost finished with upgrading our Teline I-based site to Teline II. In our Teline I-based site it seems that SEF often changes our blog layouts to list layouts. I fear the same could happen to the site using Teline II. We would like to use SEF, but we also want to use blog layouts.

Does anyone know anything about this problem and how it can be solved?

I don’t know if this is a solution or just a newby (me) thinking that he has learned something. Maybe I have misunderstood but I think I had a similar problem when I first tried Teline II – though I hadn’t been migrating from Teline I.

I was pulling my hair out because articles had many of the elements missing. Eventually, I found that in Module Manager it was possible to edit which modules appeared on what pages – by editing the module and using the Menu Assignment option.

I apologise if I have misunderstood your problem – it seems that it can easily be done.

doubt this has anything to do with SEF. The layout is determined by the MenuID and so is the SEF url but the sef can not change the MenuID.
