Installed Quickstart 1.5 Barite
Global Settings – changed to SEF URLS – clicked YES. I did not change anything else.

THE MAIN sections from the top menu are fine –
DROPDOWN links from the top menu give me this message:

http://wacono.pamelajayawardena.com/ (web site is fine)
http://wacono.pamelajayawardena.com/index.php/home/what-is-new-in-1-5 (not okay)

SOMEONE WROTE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING TO ALL THE NEW 1.5 QUICKSTART INSTALLS – He said if he installs Joomla 1.5 and then installs the template it is okay.

I get this message

That seems to be an issue with Joomla, not the template. You will get the same error with another template.
