DaveDid you look through the layers to see if it is underneath the top layer?

Hi – sorry for the delay in responding. Yes, we peeled off the layers carefully and something like the FRESH header is under there. But, no matter how careful you are you can’t get it to look like it does on the Joomla web site i.e. shaded hills, tree the right colour etc. etc. We’ve come to the conclusion that the matching image simply isn’t under there. All we really need is for the author to supply the missing PSD for FRESH…and save us a lot of trouble messing around. Han’t anyone else had the same trouble ?
Thanks,

July 18, 2007 at 4:31 pm #224524That’s why they don’t look the same. Fireworks prosesses the image in a diffrent way than Photoshop. Check the file save options to see if you can set it to the same resolution as Photoshop. If you wanted to make all the images the same you could also convert the whole folder of images to fireworks, or you could download The Gimp which should take care of the problem, or you could politely ask Shannon to convert them for you, I am sure he could use a few dollars for his school supplies.

Ahhh…that explains it then. I’ve downloaded ShannonN’s Fireworks conversions (PNGs) and will give it a go. Thanks for the help. -
