Hi JA Expert,

I have problem at SEO Settings in Joomla on Telline II V1.4 with the Quickstart.
When I click yes, all of the menus is fine, but is just only loading the text, all of the pictures included in Ja Highslide is missing? What do I have to change or do something to get the url of my pictures show up? Thank you.

It is ok now , please check ! i have change path to image from aproximately path (images/stories) to absolute path ( http://desianwar.com/images/stories) . and it displays well.

Hi Hainn,

Thank you for your time,
forgot to inform you that the path is correct when I click each of all menus going to the right direction,
but when click go back one page either from the web browser or change the click toward direction from right to the left, I’d checked just now, like at the Musings Tab/Menu and all SubMenu under Musings, the pictures had dissapeared…
But JAHighslide is fine now.

Hi Hainn,

What where do I have to do to fix it for the images/resized path? or anything related to this issue?
404 – Article #0 not found at : http://desianwar.com/index.php/musings/images/resized/images/stories/news/musings/event_issues/what_100_75.jpg, some pictures is still blanks at several pages..

Hi mayke !
i fixed the path in highslide module.
– Go to admin >> extensions –> select image module ( this is custom html module) then edit html at the bottom.

Thank you Hainn,

The Highslide works well.
Just got another problem, it cost adding “index.php” on each tab/menu/submenu so when click go back or click in reverse direction all the pictures in the articles goes blank, the url addres seems cannot find all the articles pictures path, any advice for this?

Hi,

Just use default SEF of Joomla 1.5.3: Global Configuration > Site > SEO Settings > Search Engine Friendly URLs: yes, Use Apache mod_rewrite: no, Add suffix to URLs: no, that’s all. And I have no Idea at all.
Do you think upgrading to Joomla to 1.55 could help as stated at they Release Notes?

SEO not working, is it posible to fix that? I use Jateline ll joomla 1.5.3 When enabled only front page works, in other categorys it says no such content or shows broken page.

Just a curiosity Hainn,

I never encountered this issue provided I fill up my configuration.php. Using the Joomla 15.3-Teline II v1.4, I used to just Answer Yes to the SEF. Both Apache mod_rewrite: NO, Add suffix to URLs: NO. It worked with the original QuickStart fix, and it worked with Joomla 1.5.4 upgrade with both Apache mod_rewrite: NO, Add suffix to URLs: NO.

Can you please explain exactly what “Add suffix to URLs: YES ” do?

N.B.
The only time I get the 404 Error that I saw in mayke’s page is when the

htacess-text => .htacess

or the configuration.php not properly filled.

Can you check this mayke?

Using FTP go to

modules =>mod_ janews => helper.php

open the

helper.php

and find

' CASE WHEN CHAR_LENGTH(cc.alias) THEN CONCAT_WS(":", cc.alias) ELSE cc.id END as catslug,'.

the above is referred to here as Code A — that is incorrect. Change the above to:

' CASE WHEN CHAR_LENGTH(cc.alias) THEN CONCAT_WS(":", cc.id, cc.alias) ELSE cc.id END as catslug,'.

this is referred to here as Code B.

It is very subtle but note the missing

cc.id,

in Code A that is inserted in Code B. See if that solved the Error 404 that you are getting.

For some reason, the above error is not found in earlier version of the Teline II, but somehow got introduced in Teline II v1.4
