a have a question about url format for best SEO optimization

is better this :

http://www.mysite.com/man-category/category1/keywords1.html

or

http://www.mysite.com/keywords1.html

for optimization to keywords1

Hi

I will say this option :http://www.mysite.com/man-category/category1/keywords1.html. Simply because this gives you the correct location of the page and it is also readable.

I just found this thread for some reason but i would do option one also as you can use the category as a keyword also.
