Or is this a way to censor the customers, that are not happy with the quality? You know, the world is not always as you want it to be.
I am insulted with the quality of “More than just a template…” and I paid for that. So, if you are insulted, either do your job or tell us, that you don’t care that the JA products have bugs.

Yes i am “support manager” with my hands tied behind my back. I get no more info than you people get.
I have tried now for quite a long time to get things better here, but things seems not to work that way.

I agree with most of what you say Visigod and to be honest, the level of support from yourself and a few other members has been far in excess of what we have received from the official channels. I for one am very grateful for that.

But to get into an argument on a personal level with someone that you don’t know is a no brainer in my opinion and will get noone anywhere 😉

Frustrating I know but I find it easier to ignore these kind of responses in what is otherwise a very useful post 🙂

… so this will be my last post in this thread. I do not claim to know Menalto, but from the few months that we interacted, he helped me quite a lot, not because he was the SuperModerator.

I am not as good as some of your here, when it comes to scripting but I help people when I can. However, I did not volunteer to become a Moderator, first because I do not feel qualified, and I do like to say what I want in the forum; but more important, I do not want to be subjected to abuse, as has happened here.I do not want to be an apologist for Joomlart either.

I have disagreed vehemently with the staff and the Moderators, but there was never an instance when I disrespected them, deliberately, and personalized the disagreement. At least, that was point of view, I think some Moderators and staff were not too happy with me either because I tell it like I saw it. In one heated discussion I had here with a member not a staff before I left for a few months, in early February, the person accused me of being a totalitarian, that I do not know the meaning of democracy, etc., etc.

Anway, after posting my last post in the thread there — by the way, also the sins of Jooomlart, etc. — I just stopped posting. If you feel you can change Joomlart then I wish you luck. There are better ways of doing it.

And, if you really feel that bad about Joomlart, $70 is not really a lot of money. Had they not produced JA Teline II, I would not have even come back — even if I paid up to early August. Yes there are bugs in JA Teline II. I decided to use Joomla 1,0x because of that since it is less problematic and most of my extensions are not ready for the Joomla 1.5x.

If you think Joomlart is the pits, you should consider other third party Joomla extensions providers. Anyway, we are trying to find other ways to solve our problems here, if you wish to join us, we will be happy.

However, if you think it is part of your right to be disrepectful — thanks but no thanks.

So, good luck and enjoy your JA Teline II.

I have been a member with JoomlArt for coming up a year. I know nothing compared to most of you, I do the simple thing like help people with logo’s and remove members that want to spoil your forum by adding spam and porn links, aswell as this I help out whenever I can.

What I do know that in my time here Menalto along with Miccas have been head and shoulders above all the staff in doing everything they can to help the JoomlArt members solve their problems.

Menalto deserves a little more respect.

So while I respect your arguments and your rights to post them Uncensored please leave the personal remarks out of the forums.
