    Could you please look at this. This is a template problem and I am unable to resolve it. I see the errors but disabling or deleting the extensions does not fix the problem.

    I have been a customer for 8 years and need some product support here with the update to Joomla 3.7

    All plugins have been deleted or disabled excepting templates, Jomsocial and ad-agency which are joomlart product.

    The same problem exists. Once cache is cleared the site appears then when refreshed it disappears, until the back end cache is cleared once again.

    JCK modal is not installed

    I do not need error feed back – I need a solution which I am unable to find.

    I checked you also posted the same issue in another thread and the site is working as i checked.
    Kindly follow the same topic and do not post duplicate replies on multiple threads, it slows down the support and makes confusion when two support members work on the same topic.
