Hello,

I am trying to place a css custom file in the template JA Fixel.
I had a look at http://www.joomlart.com/video-tutorials/t3-framework/customize-template.

I placed the images in the folder /images/.
I placed the css in the folder files /templates/ja_fixel/css.

I have 2 issues:
1- I am trying to make it responsive
2- I am trying to make the all hover effect hypertext

I attached the file.

Hi

Pls try to use Firebug editor in Firefox or Inspect Element in Chrome and customise css as you want. This would take time and lots of custom work to achieve like that.
